A Message Of Love For Bill  & Denise

Bill's Newsletters To Family & Friends

11th Newsletter -

Hello All,

Just a quick update to let everyone know that I will not be available much for the next week to talk, text, etc., as my mother just passed away and I had to put my own healing process on hold while I travel home for services (i.e. actually this email is being generated from back East). I have included the link to my Mom's obituary, below!!! This was something that was somewhat not a surprise, but hits you when it happens none the less as a good number of you know already!!!

Before traveling back East,  I was able to complete my 5th chemotherapy and get a much needed two days of rest in Galveston, TX. My HCG cancer marker is down from 677 to 261, which continues to be good news!!! There is no date for surgery to remove the "source tumor", but this is something that I will need to follow up on on my return back to Texas next week. So, continued "good" news, but now still waiting on surgeries along with chemotherapies for "great" news!!! It is going to be difficult to perform the two as both procedures requires that my immune system be up, when the chemotherapy continues to bring my immune system down. The doctors call this a delicate balancing act, but I think that something has to give???

Being home for a quick family trip, I know that I will not be able to see everyone back East "for this trip"!!! However, there will still be the follow on trip, after I am all healed, that I have promised some time later this year!!! For those of you that I will see during this trip, it will be a welcome sight to see old friends and to show you the results of your thoughts and prayers for how strong I feel and look!!! Also, being that Denise & I am staying in our old home (i.e. thanks to Brother Dave), we hope to see the neighbors that created the "Billy Battle Blanket", which I attached to this email, as well. Basically, these kind neighbors (i.e. best friends) got together and put their hand prints on a blanket, while signing it, and stating that "NO One Fights Alone", which all of you on distribution (and more) have prevented for Denise and I from day #1!!! So, this special gift goes a long way in helping to complete my healing process, which I look forward to resuming after our mourning process.

Again, thanks all for your love and support!!!

All Our Love and Appreciation,

Bill & Denise
